The Nourishing the Roots of Our Being retreat invites us to go back to go forward. Through embodied approaches and gentle meditations stemming from the field of Craniosacral therapy and Pre and Perinatal Psychology, Grainne and Sara invite you to nurture your own unique zest and spark that led to the formation of your being and body. This retreat supports each one of us to ‘re-member’ that the very roots of our being are ever present to welcome us home. Meet yourself, others and nature with the awe, renewed love and reverence that is deserved.
Facilitators Griánne Delaney and Sara Devoy
Gráinne, an accomplished Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist and teacher, is passionate about using embodied practices to safely heal the impact of old wounded patterns and stressful life events. In this retreat Gráinne will introduce embodied embryology and the potential within that, to bring unconscious patterns and belief systems into our awareness. Griánne is a Craniosacral tutor with Body College and holds post-graduate trainings with Jane Shaw. www.grainnedelaney.ie
