About

The Nourishing the Roots of Our Being retreat invites us to go back to go forward. Through embodied approaches and gentle meditations stemming from the field of Craniosacral therapy and Pre and Perinatal Psychology, Grainne and Sara invite you to nurture your own unique zest and spark that led to the formation of your being and body. This retreat supports each one of us to ‘re-member’ that the very roots of our being are ever present to welcome us home. Meet yourself, others and nature with the awe, renewed love and reverence that is deserved.
