Back in the 1990's, whilst doing my first bodywork training in Polarity therapy, I discovered how somatic memories were held in my body. These early experiences ignited a deep enquiry into the pre-and perinatal field. I sought out Shirley Ward and attended seminars that taught me how our birth scripts shape our life scripts. Up until then, I had no idea that habitual behaviours and limiting self-beliefs could link back to our earliest beginnings. Thanks to the teachers and mentors I have crossed paths with, this has been a fruitful voyage of self-discovery that continues to open up pathways of presence and joy.

I am mother to three adult children. My practice is set on six quiet re-wilded acres, with a river walk, birdsong and nearby ocean rhythms! Nature is a vital part of how I live and work. Some clients like to book in for a short retreat. .

I work with all stages and ages and particularly enjoy supporting parents and babies in specialized ways before and after birth. Birth recovery for mothers and babies including TBR ( Traumatic Birth Rewind. I am a qualified Level one Aware parenting instructor and offer families individual and group sessions in person and online. I am also trained in lymphatic techniques. I am qualified in Mcloughlin Scar tissue release work that supports the healing of all scars including key-hole and c-sections, even if they happened many years ago.
