Parenting takes huge courage. At times frustration, overwhelm, exhaustion and feelings of isolation are all part of the package.  When our three were young, I often remember feeling so uptight and alone. We didn’t have any parental back-up and were trying to start a business…  Meet my wild three in the photo. Imagine them all under 5 ! Can you hear the roars?! 

What made the biggest difference to us as a family was being with like-minded parents; parents who had  the heart to listen rather than advise. We met regularly and it was a life-saver for us and our children. That is why I feel passionately about creating parenting groups today. I am partnering with my  Craniosacral colleague Ali Murphy.

Sara is joined by Lynn Murphy who has many years of experience in yoga, massage and perinatal trauma recovery.
